I especially like that this business model can help you explain how your business works and why certain activities are important for creating revenue when it might not appear that way from the outside to a new intern, virtual assistant or other support staff person. This way they understand how their role plays a part in the bigger picture. Not to mention, it can keep you as the business owner focused on revenue-generating activities. Super job!
